College of Health Sciences Research Café Series Fosters Collaboration and
Innovation

The College of Health Sciences at Abu Dhabi University continues to strengthen its research culture through the
ongoing Research Café series, organized by the Research and Faculty Professional Development Committee. These
sessions bring faculty members together to present their research, exchange ideas, and explore collaborative
opportunities. Each participant shared their current projects, leading to engaging discussions on shared challenges,
resource sharing, and interdisciplinary connections. The sessions concluded with group takeaways and actionable
ideas for future collaboration. Special thanks to all faculty members for their active involvement and commitment to
advancing research within the college.

College of Health Sciences Hosts Ramadan Fit Challenge to Promote Wellness

On February 25, 2025, the College of Health Sciences at Abu Dhabi University hosted the Ramadan Fit Challenge
2025 at the Al Ain Campus Auditorium. Led by the college’s Nutrition Team, the event aimed to promote health and
wellness during Ramadan through interactive games, fitness challenges, and educational sessions on healthy eating
habits. Participants engaged in activities designed to make fitness enjoyable and learned how to maintain their health
and wellness throughout the holy month. The initiative reinforced the college’s commitment to holistic well-being and
created an energetic environment that highlighted the importance of maintaining physical health during Ramadan.
