Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) Gold Chapter Award

Beta Gamma Sigma—an initiative of the American Association of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB),
is a student honors society that seeks to recognize high achieving business school students. Our students,
led by Dr Fauzia Jabeen, have been highly engaged in the society and through the BGS Society, the COB has
made strong connections with industry professionals and senior business leaders from large multinational
firms including Boeing, Schlumberger and Emaar Hospitality Group. In 2022 for the second consecutive
year our BGS chapter received the “Gold Outstanding Chapter Award. The prize includes a scholarship for
one of our students to attend a BGS conference in America. COB students; Aizah Amir participated in the
BGS Global Leadership Summit in Orlando, Florida and Lukas Christian Christnacht participated in the BGS
Global Leadership Summit, Chicago and he also received a scholarship from the AACSB International.
