Career Guidance

Career guidance and advising is offered to students and recent graduates to assist them to achieve their
career goals. These services are provided by certified career advisors. Students can also increase their
employability skills by attending a variety of free career development workshops.

Internship Programs

The Internship program provides students with an opportunity to extend academic knowledge through
practical application and real-world work experience. These internships are a natural extension of Abu
Dhabi University’s role in helping our students t increase their employability. The Employability and Alumni
Relations Office assists students to access internship placements.

ADU Career Fair

The ADU Career Fair is an annual event that provides an opportunity for students to introduce themselves
directly to prospective employers, apply for fulltime work or internship opportunities, and find out more
about their graduate programs. The ADU career fair brings together employers, ADU alumni and ADU
students and offers employers an excellent opportunity to find qualified candidates. In 2021-2022, ADU
held its first on-campus Career Fair since the COVID-19 pandemic. More than 42 companies attended the
Career Fair and more than 1000 students and alumni participated in this event.
