F The “W” grade reflects the student’s voluntary withdrawal
Unacceptable Performance in the Course (Failure) before Thursday of the tenth week of the semester.
This grade is not computed in the student’s GPA but
P (credit) determines student’s progress towards completion of
degree requirements.
Assigned for Successful completion of graduate courses
including thesis and dissertation
WA (Withdrawal Due to Absence Limit)
S The “WA” grade reflects the administrative withdrawal of

I (Incomplete)
An “I” grade is given when the student is unable to
complete the course requirements for a reason deemed
legitimate by the Office of the Registrar.
Advanced courses may not be taken if the course with
an Incomplete grade is a pre-requisite for the advanced
course. This grade is not computed in the student’s SGPA
and passed credit hours.
The maximum period of time to resolve the “I” grade must
