        Internships: Bridging Learning and Practice





        An Inspiring Internship Journey: Exploring HSE at ADNOC Gas!

        We are immensely proud to celebrate the achievements of our Environmental Health and Safety student, Fatima
        Al Saggaf, who successfully completed her internship at ADNOC Gas!ADNOC Gas is a large-scale, integrated gas
        processing company and a subsidiary of ADNOC, one of the world’s largest integrated energy companies. This
        internship provided Fatima with a transformative learning experience, allowing her to bridge the gap between theory
        and real-world application in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
        We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Nasser Al Thahli for his invaluable mentorship and guidance throughout this
        journey. Special appreciation to Mr. Helal Aljnebi, HR Manager, for presenting the Certificate of Completion to our
        student.In addition, a big thank you to Dr. Afaf Hassan, Fatima’s academic supervisor from our Environmental Health
        and Safety Program, for her unwavering support.






















        Empowering Future Dietitians: Food Service Management Practicum at Reem Hospital


        Human Nutrition and Dietetics (HND) students from Abu Dhabi University recently showcased their expertise during
        the Food Service Management Practicum Presentations at Reem Hospital. As part of their training, the students
        conducted an in-service session for the Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) catering staff, gaining valuable hands-on
        experience in managing food service operations within a hospital setting. This opportunity allowed them to apply
        their academic knowledge in a real-world environment, highlighting their professionalism, communication skills, and
        commitment to the field of nutrition and dietetics.
        We proudly recognize the contributions of HND students Tagreed Wael, Alaa Wael, Sarra Boukhatem, Nada Alawneh,
        and Yara Chaar, under the guidance of Ms. Anwar AlMansoor, Senior Instructor of Clinical Nutrition. Appreciation is
        also extended to Mr. Abdulaziz Hamza, Learning and Development Manager at Reem Hospital and Site Practicum
        Coordinator, as well as Ms. Mofeeda Mukhtar, Dietitian and Practicum Preceptor from ADNH, and Ms. Lama Saleem,
        Clinical Dietitian at Reem Hospital. Sincere thanks to Reem Hospital for supporting our students and contributing to
        their professional development.
