        Townhall Meetings





        Student Townhall Meeting at Abu Dhabi University: Abu Dhabi Campus

        We recently held a Student Townhall Meeting at the Abu Dhabi Campus, bringing together our students with the
        College of Health Sciences leadership in a space focused on openness, collaboration, and academic growth. In
        attendance were: Dr. Sofyan Maghaydah – Dean Dr. Rania Al Dweik – Associate Dean of Academic Affairs Dr. Rahaf
        Ajaj – Chair of the Environmental and Public Health Program Dr. Nermin Eissa – Chair of the Biomedical Sciences
        Program Dr. Najla Al Nassar – Program Coordinator of the Human Nutrition Program The leadership team addressed
        key topics such as Examination Board, Introduction of new programs , Internship placements and enhancements to
        the study plan. Students engaged actively, raising questions and contributing meaningful feedback and suggestions.
        It was an excellent platform for transparent communication, where student voices were not just heard—but valued.
        We extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Joseph D’Costa, Ms. Shamma Al Zahmi, and Ms. Rawan Awad for their dedicated
        efforts in organizing the event seamlessly.

        We held a Student Town Hall Meeting , bringing together our students with the college’s leadership in an open and
        supportive environment. In attendance were: Dr. Sofyan Maghaydah – Dean Dr. Rania Al Dweik – Associate Dean of
        Academic Affairs Dr. Rahaf Ajaj – Chair of the Environmental and Public Health Program Dr. Nermin Eissa – Chair of
        the Biomedical Sciences Program Dr. Najla Al Nassar – Program Coordinator of the Human Nutrition Program Dr.
        Hatem Abushammalla – College Coordinator Al Ain Campus The session was a valuable opportunity for students to
        voice their questions, concerns, and suggestions and to be heard. Our leadership listened with care, responded with
        empathy, and reaffirmed their commitment to creating a student-centered academic experience.
