We are delighted that you have chosen Abu Dhabi University as the place where you
will graduate from with your first degree. I hope you will take time to discover – new
people, new learning, new opportunities, but most importantly…to discover yourself.
Try to fill your undergraduate journey with experiences that will bring you fulfilment
and happiness. Also, remember that you will encounter some challenges, so embrace
these challenges and use them as stepping stones for growth and improvement. ADU
is here to support you in every way – your success is our success. You will already know
that life is about give and take – give your best and take the best that ADU has to offer
you. Wishing you much success.

I’d like to give you a very warm welcome to your truly second home- ADU. You made
the wise decision to enroll at ADU, one of the most esteemed universities in the
Arabian Gulf and the world. You have a long list of achievements in front of you after
graduating from ADU. Your journey through tertiary education has just begun, and we
are eager to support you each step of the way. Be tenacious, and confident in yourself.
Make use of the opportunities and chances provided by the colleges departments and
faculties you have chosen. ADU is committed to empowering, educating, motivating,
and guiding you. Every time you surpass expectations or do admirably in both academic
and extracurricular activities, we promise to award you. Last but not least, I would
encourage you to think positively, envision more fruitful results for your academic
career at ADU, and prioritize taking steps that would get you closer to those outcomes.

I’d want to give you all a hearty greeting on behalf of Abu Dhabi University. You’ve
started one of the most thrilling trips of your life, and we at ADU are so happy to have
you join us. As you head out to find your new house, I want to offer you two quick
bits of advice. First, college isn’t only about learning and academics; it’s also about
discovering who you are and what you want to do with your life. You can explore your
hobbies, learn new skills, and follow your passions with the help of the variety of tools,
programs, and support systems that ADU offers. We invite you to look into our groups,
volunteer opportunities, internships, and other possibilities.
