        Quantity Food



        Production Event





        During the holy month of Ramadan, HND students participated in a quantity food production event to
        serve their culinary course and humanitarian efforts, in collaboration with Crown Plaza Hotel. Under the
        supervision of Senior Nutrition Instructor Ms. Dima El-Halabi and Executive Chef Sunil Choyyan, students
        planned, prepared and distributed 70 iftar boxes to underprivileged individuals.  Each box was filled with
        dates, appetizers, fattoush salad, chicken beryani, yogurt, and Umm Ali dessert.
