The 4th ADU STEAM Competition: A Celebration of

Innovation and Excellence

The 4th ADU STEAM Competition, hosted at the Al Ain Campus computer labs and auditorium,
showcased an impressive gathering of 80 schools from across the UAE, creating a vibrant atmos-
phere of enthusiasm and excitement among participating students. The event served as a hub for
innovation and collaboration in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM).

Over the course of two days, 240 students, divided into 80 teams from grades 11 and 12, competed
in a series of challenges utilizing innovative tools and platforms such as AhaSlides. Notably, a team
of people of determination also participated, showcasing their talents and inspiring their peers.

The competition heightened the students' competitive spirit with the allure of substantial rewards.
After the top 14 teams reached the finals, the top three teams were announced and awarded mon-
etary prizes. Horizon Private School won first place and received AED 8,000; Al Falah School secured
second place with a prize of AED 6,000; and Brighton College came in third, taking home AED 4,000.
All participants were awarded a Certification of Participation, celebrating their dedication and
creativity.

The 4th ADU STEAM Competition not only fostered academic excellence but also celebrated the
dedication and creativity of the young minds shaping the future.
