Mubadala Health Employee Development Program

In 2022 the College of Business (COB), in partnership with Abu Dhabi University’s (ADU) College of
Arts and Sciences, designed a tailor-made employee development program for Mubadala Health
employees. Delivered at our Abu Dhabi campus, the program involved three specific modules
(i) Effective Communication Skills, (ii) Healthcare Management Competencies, and (iii) Strategic
Service Delivery Practices. Our commitment to Mubadala Health includes presenting the program
to 200 carers from across the Mubadala Health portfolio. To date, 200 program places have been
introduced with the final group completing on the 16 of March. The outcomes of the program

have been extremely positive, with Mubadala Health carers and their line managers reporting
visible benefits in the workplace. This collaboration between Mubadala Health and ADU has
demonstrated how academic and industry partnerships can lead to greater impact and can offer
innovative, customized solutions to specific industry challenges.
