Health Awareness activities
National Nutrition Month:

This event organized by ADU, had fun activities such as talks and booths by Human Nutrition department
(HND) students to provide participants with awareness on various topics such as Mental health and
Nutrition, Ramadan and Nutrition, HER nutrition (Nutrition focus on female needs), Sports Nutrition, Myth
and Facts on Nutrition, Nutrition Labels. The event also included obtaining the In Body measures for the
Fit Challenge and giving nutrition advice to participants.

Health Awareness activities
World Diabetes Awareness Day:

In support of World Diabetes Awareness Month, College of Health Sciences, in collaboration with Mediclinic
Hospital and the Student Affairs Department- Al Ain, organized an event that included various activities
and valuable informative sessions to help raise awareness about Diabetes
