Health Awareness activities
COPE28 - Innovation Nexus event by Mubadala:

Dr. Hatem Abushammala and ADU students, Aya Yassine and Saydah Ahmed, presented their research
project on sustainable construction materials from waste at COP28 UAE during the Innovation Nexus
event by Mubadala at Hub71. ADU students, Rawan Elkerenawy, Hyam Elhadi, and Reem Shbeeb also
participated in the project.

Health Awareness activities
COP28 Summit-Global English School Al Ain

Dr. Hatem Abushammala, supported Global English School Al Ain ,for their COP28 summit, part of CoHS
college engagement with the local community in Al-Ain. His talk about “Our Role in Achieving Sustainable
Development” was well appreciated by students
