Soar Like An Eagle

               Ms. Deenaz Kanji
               AA Coordinator

Did you know that an eagle can foresee when a storm is approaching long before it breaks?

Instead of hifing, the eagle will fly to some high point and wait for the winds to come.

When the storm hits, it sets wings so that the wind can pick it up and lift it above the storm. While the storm rages
below, the eagle soars above it. The eagle does not hide from the storm but uses the storm to lift it higher. It rises
on the stormy winds that others dread. When the storm of life or challenges hit us, we can rise above them and
soar like the eagle which rides the winds of the storm. Don’t be afraid of the storms or the challenges in your life.
Use it to lift you higher in your life.

I know it is easier said than done, but look upon this as an opportunity to re-work some of your priorities and
look for ways in which you can bring positive changes so that you can be one of the few who emerges stronger
from this experience. At the same time, do not let go off this opportunity to educate yourselves to the best of your
abilities; this is the dream of millions of young people who do not have access to higher education, and think – you
are living their dream! So, life is not what happens to you – it is how you respond to it.
