conducted a comprehensive series
of Professional Development (PD)
programs during the Academic
Year 2023-24. These initiatives
were strategically designed to ele-
vate teaching practices, foster
continuous growth, and promote
innovative approaches within the
academic community. Programs
were selected based on feedback
from faculty and college coordina-
tors, ensuring they addressed the needs and interests of the academic staff.
The PD programs encompassed a wide range of subjects, reflecting the commitment to holistic
