Health Awareness activities
Professional Certificate in Environment and Sustainability:

Dr. Hatem Abushammala offered the Professional Certificate in Environment and Sustainability to more
than 100 attendees from the different sectors of the country. The four modules discussed the foundations
of sustainability, environmental law, energy and water resources, food security, green buildings,
transportation, CSR, and environmental justice. It was a great pleasure to offer this certificate.

Health Awareness activities
Professional Certificate on Empowering Educators for Sustainable Learning:

CoHS faculty, Dr. Hatem Abushammala and Ms. Rubina Quareshi from the College of Arts and Sciences,
offered the first module of the Professional Certificate on Empowering Educators for Sustainable Learning
to more than 500 participants from the education sector.
