Appreciation
A time to look back with admiration...
A time to look forward with anticipation...
The college held an appreciation event to show its deepest gratitude for the distinguished service, loyalty,
and dedication of departing faculty members to Abu Dhabi University.
Dr. Deena Elsori, Associate Professor of Biology and Associate Dean of Student Affairs…thank you for
your 12 years of service….
Dr. Deena was responsible for providing leadership at ADU, including developing and implementing
the strategic plan for the College. She also held the role for administration and operation of student
service, including handling enrollment management, recruitment, retention, admissions, registration,
and orientation programs. She developed new courses and curricula, undertook research, and ensured
academic development of students to succeed in a competitive environment.
