The virtual site visit concluded with an exit meeting with the Provost, Dean, program coordinators, faculty,
and students. The APHEA team members presented their preliminary report, summarized their evaluative
findings on the seven criteria and sub-criteria, and provided preliminary recommendations to advance
and enhance the program’s quality. The review team praised the commitment of the College’s leadership
team and faculty in preparing graduates to advance the role of public health providers in the UAE and
encouraged the College to pursue the provision of further postgraduate studies.
APHEA accreditation is a privilege and a milestone achievement that will further guide the College’s
efforts for quality assurance and the advancement of Public Health education. Congratulations to CoHS
students, faculty, and staff.
