Congratulations to COB Al Ain Campus Students

2023 is off to a good start with classes commencing on the 20th of February. The first day of the spring
semester for our COB Al Ain campus students involved a trip to Dubai to compete in multi-university
workshops followed by a student competition. The joint program, which was presented by ADU, Birmingham
University and the British University in Dubai, focused on developing innovative branding solutions for
gendered products. Students were required to create gender-biased ideas for advertisements for specific
products or services. The COB student team comprising: Maya Tariq Abdelalghaffar, Tassnim Azz, Yara
Daghles, Shamsa al Blooshi and Leen Wesam Khasawneh and supported by Dr Mohamed Nasaj, won the
first prize for their team project.
