        UAE Climate Change Research Network’s 2nd Annual Conference                                                            “The Use of Technology in Public Health” at the 2  Healthcare and Insurance

                                                                                                                               Management Forum held at AUE.
        The master student Eng. Duha Alazaizeh, supervised by Dr. Rahaf Ajaj and Dr. Ismail Badraoui, presented
        her recent research presented at the UAE Climate Change Research Network’s 2nd Annual Conference                       Dr Reham Kotb, Chair of the environmental and Public Health Department, ADU (speaker) and Dr Rania

        Arab Emirates (UAE) advancements towards Sustainable Development Goal SDG13: Climate Action.                           brought together eminent participants from various UAE health sectors, including health authorities,
                                                                                                                               industry leaders, academics, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies to discuss the future of
                                                                                                                               healthcare innovation. During our public health session, we emphasized the importance of leveraging
                                                                                                                               emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, telemedicine, and precision medicine in public
                                                                                                                               health. We also discussed the various uses of these technologies in disease surveillance, health promotion,
                                                                                                                               health information exchange, and emergency response. Additionally, the session highlighted the need
                                                                                                                               to address issues related to data privacy and security, as well as ensuring equitable access to healthcare
                                                                                                                               services for all populations and different countries.
