Ms. Rachel Baldwin
Director of Student Affairs
About me
I am an international educator--born in Seoul, South Korea, raised in Upstate NY, and I have
been in the field of higher education since 1999. My passion for international student success
and development evolved from my deanship at Princeton University, where my primary
focus was international students, multicultural affairs and student leadership. At ADU, I am
fortunate to be part of a team of professionals within Student Affairs who have a shared
commitment to the growth and success of our students. When I am not busy dedicating my
time to the strategic direction of campus life at ADU, I may be found spending time with my
family (including our 3 dogs), traveling the world, baking sugary sweets, or doing fun things
fitness related.
