College of Health Sciences Alumni Reunion
On May 8, 2025, Abu Dhabi University’s Employability and Alumni Relations Office, in collaboration with the College of
Health Sciences, hosted the first-ever alumni reunion for CHS graduates. The event, themed “Back to Where the Journey
Began… One Community, Endless Impact,” brought together 150 alumni to reconnect and celebrate their professional
achievements. The reunion was organized under the leadership of Ms. Nada Heggy, with support from Abdelrahman
El Ghoul and Suzan Hammo. Dr. Rania Al Dweik represented the College of Health Sciences in coordinating the event.
Distinguished attendees included Chancellor Prof. Ghassan Aouad, Professor Barry O’Mahony, Dr. Sofyan Maghaydah,
Dr. Shakib Farhat, Mr. Salem Aldhaheri, Mr. Bassam Mura, MBA, Dr. Anas Najdawi, and Ms. Noor Al Masri. The evening
featured a panel discussion with alumni Ali Mohamed, Tuahir Hassan, Hala Sukkar, Asmah Alsaeed, and Maryam
Alhadhrami, who shared insights from their careers in healthcare and science. The event highlighted the enduring
bonds formed at ADU and the ongoing impact of its alumni in their respective fields.
