I would firstly say, to be proud of the university. You are all graduates of a top university, no
doubt, and so you should be proud to put Abu Dhabi University on your resumes.

In addition to that, of course, as I mentioned before, they should be confident and always
looking forward and willing to grow. They should develop more skills, be they analytical or My Heart
research-based, or else in communication and leadership, charisma. And, as I mentioned

before, emotional intelligence and charisma is now is the key.

Be positive, be confident, and they should know that we are all here to help them, from the
Chancellor downwards, and we are just lucky to have a visionary Chairman who is guiding
us in order to keep the university going forward.

And I really encourage students to enjoy the university experience, which is often one of the
most nostalgic times of a person’s life. I remember the good old days when I was studying at
Beirut Arab University in Lebanon and how much we enjoyed it. Of course, focus strongly on
the academic side, but also enjoy the extra curricular activities too.
