▪ What innovative teaching methods do you employ to enhance student learning and engage-
               ment?
To maintain student engagement and create meaningful learning experiences, I employ a va-
riety of teaching methods tailored to diverse needs and interests. Technology plays a pivotal role
in my classroom, enabling interactive and immersive learning experiences that resonate with to-
day’s digital-native students. I frequently use the flipped classroom model, where students ex-
plore instructional material outside of class and come prepared for hands-on activities and dis-
cussions. This approach allows for deeper exploration of topics and provides opportunities for
               personalized attention.
Project-based learning is another cornerstone of my teaching strategy, challenging students to
tackle real-world problems, thereby fostering critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. I also
incorporate gamification techniques, such as points, challenges, and leaderboards, to make learn-
ing engaging and motivating. Inquiry-based and collaborative learning encourages students to ask
meaningful questions, work together, and engage in active discussions, fostering a sense of curi-
               osity and teamwork.
Additionally, I apply differentiated instructions to cater to the unique needs of each student,
ensuring that the classroom remains an inclusive space where all learning styles are supported.
By combining these methods, I strive to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that
nurtures each student’s strengths and interests while fostering a love for learning.
               ▪ How do you incorporate student feedback into your teaching practice?
Student feedback is a cornerstone of my teaching approach. I actively collect it through sur-
veys, one-on-one discussions, and anonymous suggestions. After gathering feedback, I carefully
analyze recurring themes to identify areas for improvement. By communicating the resulting
changes to students, I demonstrate that their input is valued and show how it directly enhances
their learning experience. This continuous cycle of feedback and adjustment cultivates a collabo-
rative classroom environment where students feel heard and can observe the tangible impact of
               their contributions.
               ▪ Technology is everywhere now. Can you share a cool moment where tech jazzed up your
               class?
One memorable moment where technology made a difference was when I used virtual reality
(VR) to take my students on a virtual “field trip” to various special education centers and cultural
landmarks worldwide. The VR experience allowed students to visually immerse themselves in
these environments, making our discussions more vivid and memorable. It was a transformative
experience for both me and my students, as it ignited their curiosity and made the subject matter
come alive in ways that traditional methods couldn’t achieve.
               ▪ What’s your secret sauce for keeping students interested, especially with tough topics?
My secret to engaging students, especially when tackling tough topics, is to make the material
as relatable and interactive as possible. I incorporate hands-on activities, group discussions, and
real-world examples to break down complex concepts. Showing students how a topic connects
to their lives and future careers makes it more relevant and approachable. And, of course, a bit
of humor goes a long way! Creating a light-hearted atmosphere helps students relax and ap-
proach challenging material with a positive attitude.
