• What inspires us as a team?

We believe working in harmony with flexible communication is what inspires us as a team. Moreover,
working collectively helps us learn one another’s unique skills and attributes, which gives us an
understanding of each other’s working style and approach towards different tasks assigned.

• What do we like the most about being an Academic Tutor?

This position allows us to support students’ development academically, personally, and professionally.
We also take pride in witnessing students excel in exams and projects with the support we provide.
Additionally, we aim to help them overcome their weaknesses and conquer their strengths

• How do we see our work?

We view this job as a professionally interesting, engaging, and sometimes challenging activity that
enhances our personal development.
